Manage sites
A site represents a physical deployment location within a team — a store, branch, venue, or office. Screens are assigned to sites, and each site carries its own timezone and access control, so a multi-location deployment runs on local time at each place.
Create a site
- Go to Sites (under your team).
- Click New Site.
- Name the site and set its timezone.
- Save.
Assign screens to a site
- Open a screen.
- Assign it to a site (and optionally a nested location within the site).
- Save.
Once assigned, the screen's schedules run in the site's timezone, and site-level access controls determine who can manage the screen.
Locations
Within a site you can create nested locations for finer granularity — for example, "Front entrance" and "Dining area" within a restaurant site. Locations also capture geolocation (latitude/longitude) where available.
Site access control
Site-level roles let you restrict a user to managing only the screens and content at a specific site. This is useful when each branch should be managed by its own local staff. See Roles & permissions.
Activate and deactivate sites
You can activate or deactivate a site without deleting it. Deactivating is useful for seasonal or temporary locations you may bring back later.
Next steps
- Invite members and assign site roles.
- Schedule content in each site's timezone.
