Screen groups
Screen groups let you treat a set of screens as one unit. Instead of assigning a playlist or schedule to each screen individually, you assign it to the group, and every screen in the group picks it up.
Create a group
- Go to Screens → Groups.
- Click New Group and give it a name.
- Add screens to the group.
Assign content to a group
Once a group exists you can:
- Assign a playlist to the group (applies to all member screens).
- Create a schedule that targets the group.
- Apply the same configuration across a whole location at once.
When to use groups
- A retail chain with identical menu boards across many stores.
- A venue with several screens that should all show the same content.
- Anywhere you want to manage many screens as one.
You can still override an individual screen's configuration even when it belongs to a group — group assignments are a convenience, not a lock-in.
